I am a fine artist based in Leeds, U.K. I graduated from Hull College of Art in 1992 with a B.A Hons degree in Graphic Design. I worked as an Art teacher for 30 years before retiring to pursue my art full time. I work from my home studio which has tons of natural light and an amazing view of Leeds. I create colourful, bold non-representational artwork ranging in size from postcards to murals. My main media are recycled emulsion paint and acrylics. I often repurpose existing surfaces and materials, whether this is working on existing canvases or framed pictures unearthed in a charity shop, or painting with leftover household emulsion paint.
